SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. International shipments may be subject to duty or tax. Customer is responsible for the duty or tax at the time of arrival into the country.

Shipping is FREE for Domestic US ($75 MINIMUM ORDER - below that, shipping is $5.99). For international orders OUTSIDE THE US - shipping fee varies for orders under $200USD and FREE for orders over $200USD.

All packages are sent in a padded bubble mailer via USPS first class mail with third-party insurance that covers loss or damage during shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. We make every attempt to ship in 48 hours. Custom and special orders may delay shipping times.

Please contact USPS with any delivery questions once you receive the tracking number. Once the item leaves our shop, we have access to exactly the same information you have through USPS tracking number.

For loss or damage during shipping, please message us at m.me/realdealpearls - Keep ALL packaging and send us detailed photos of both the packaging and the damage. We will then file a claim on your behalf and send a link where you will need to confirm that the package was damaged during shipping. Once the claim is approved (typically 3-5 business days), we will make all attempts to replace your item. In the event that your item cannot be replicated, a full refund will be issued once we receive the damaged item. Again, you will need to return the damaged item to us so do not discard the item! We will email a pre-paid return label you can use.

Returns Policy

There has been a steady increase in fraudulent claims with payment processors (e.g., PayPal) to bypass small business return policies. If you wish to make a return, please do not file a claim/case with the payment processor! We handle returns and refunds. 

If you need to return an item, simply read the rules below, then login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. 

Return Rules:

1. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping fees and a $5 restocking fee.

2. If you are making a return, the item must be returned in its original condition and include all packaging as well as any extras that may have been added. Note: we record all order packing activities for quality assurance reasons. 

3. Jewelry that has been worn cannot be returned.

4. Custom creations and special order mounts are not returnable.

5. We will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

6. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

7. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

9. Be sure to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@realdealpearls.com and send your item to: 2840 West Bay Dr #310 Belleair Bluffs Florida US 33770.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
